Does the quote cost anything?
No. The quote is free and non-binding.
Do I get a fixed price?
Yes. After photos or a short viewing you receive a fixed price before we start.
Can I deduct the labour costs from my taxes?
Yes. For work in your home you can deduct 20 % of the labour costs under § 35a EStG. The invoice shows labour costs separately.
Can I book renovation and cleaning together?
Yes – that is exactly what the move-out package is for. Just tick “Add a cleaning afterwards” in the form.
