FAQ
Can tenants see the photos?
No. Via the QR code tenants only see the date of the last cleaning and can report a problem. Photos and notes are only visible to the property manager.
How long is proof stored?
At least for the term of the contract; you can download and archive the monthly report as a PDF at any time.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have business liability insurance.
Who has access to the building?
Only the assigned team. Keys are logged – every handover is documented.
