Do I need to be at home?
No. Many customers leave us a key – it is tracked by a code without an address and every handover is logged.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, on request – just tell us when booking. Otherwise we are happy to use your own.
Will the same cleaner always come?
For regular appointments, yes. During holidays or sickness we send a trained substitute from our team.
How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
Tell us within 24 hours what was not right. We come back within 48 hours to re-clean for free.
